Australia Post says it is now offering its parcel locker delivery option at the checkouts of more than 100 online retailers as it adapts to the evolving customer shopping experience.
The parcel locker service has been adopted by major brands including Myer, JB Hi-Fi, Booktopia, The Iconic, Country Road Group, Asos, Adore Beauty, Sephora, and Zara. Lockers are located alongside local post offices, enabling customers to choose a preferred delivery location online and collect the goods at their own convenience.
With over 800 parcel lockers available 24/7, the integration provides customers with improved delivery flexibility.
“As more of our shopping habits shift online, we’re committed to helping retailers deliver a better, more convenient experience,” said Gary Starr, Australia Post’s GM.
Recently, Australia Post introduced the extra small parcel option, its most affordable delivery option.
